Team workshop, half a day

Running Change from the Middle. Your managers run the Loop on their own change.

A working session for a leadership team or a group of managers in the middle of a change. They find where it's weakest, pick one thing to fix, and leave with a review rhythm they run themselves.

The four hours: mostly your managers working, not me presenting.

Each block is drawn to scale. Pick one to see what happens in it.

What your team leaves with

A Loop map of your change

Built by your managers, showing which of the five parts is holding and which is weakest.

One fix, one owner, one date

Chosen by the group, so it's theirs, not a consultant's recommendation.

A review rhythm

A short, regular review your managers run themselves, with the questions written down.

The Change Review Kit

A copy for every participant: the templates and questions behind the session.

Is it a fit?

Good fit

  • A change already underway: a reorg, a new system, a merger, a new way of working
  • Managers who are carrying it and can be in the room
  • A leader who wants the managers to own the fix

Not a fit

  • A kickoff or a pep talk for a change that's already decided
  • A session where the managers can't speak freely
  • Ongoing coaching. This is one focused session.

Questions

Do we need a Check-up first?

No. Many teams start with a Check-up because it shows which part of the Loop to spend the workshop on, but the workshop works on its own.

Virtual or in person?

Either. The founding price is the same for both.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Nothing your managers say leaves the room, and I share nothing about your organization.

What happens after?

Some teams ask for a quarterly review with their leadership team. That's optional and priced separately.
